for abd cases should we have to auscultate the chest???as usmleworld says that do focus examination.........and in some cases they dont mention chest examination for abd cases ,but in FA its controversial to usmleworld as every cases has the chest examination....can i save time by skiping it???...exam in another 2 days ......plz help ....

In all cases auscultate heart and lung except you are running short of time.I finished all my cases in 8-9 min, I passed.
