can anybody explain that when DIGOXIN is indicated in CHF?
because cornad fischer said that do not use digoxin as it takes time to digitalise the patient...and obviously there is no role on discharge...so i am little bit confused?
and CMDT says that when diuretics and
ACE inhibitors are used and pt does not respond to both then digoxin is indicated....
can anybody explain...? thanks in advance..
