In Goljan's pathology book,it reads ''Loop diuretics is most common cause of Hyponatremia'' Wrong!
Tiazides may cause hyponatremia,not diuretics.

I dont know which edition you have,but in 2nd edition it is correct!Cheque it page 67.Thanks.

lol that was from 10 yrs ago, he has a latest book out - Rapid Review Pathology, which has all the errors from previous editions corrected............its a really good book for pathology
