Vaccinations (pediatric case) - sal72

Does anybody have a plan on what to do in the case of a parent who shows his/her's child documents related to vaccination? Suppose the child has an unspecified flu/like syndrome on a possible pre-rash base. Should we give back this document to the parent? Do we need to fill it in? Counseling?

if they want us to fill that doc. , parents will ask for the same or we have instuctions out side the room, on the door .

same as in insurance form, a case in FA .

they wil specify it , so not to worry.

that vaccination doc. might be for us ,giving hint to advise them abt scheduled vac.
