Hi frends, can u give me suggesion that we can write medical term in HPI eg. dysphagia instead of difficuly in swallowing. but kaplan has mension like that but in first Aid they have not. .what to follow ? I am really worried about that. plz give me a suggesion as soon as possible. thanx
