i always mistake these two . antimitochondrial ab will be found in PBC . what r the other differences? age? anatomy?

iam sorry to ask u what do u mean by pbc and psc. pbc may be primary biliary cirrhosis and what is psc(is it primary sclerosing cholangitis).my request to forum members is abbreviations are good and we assume everyone knows them but sometimes they may not make any sense in the first instance to dumb people like us. will appreciate if we also use the names in the regular way. this is my feeling. for other forum members,please dont jump at me, if i may have made a dumb suggestion..... i dont want to stir up a controversy or debate here. thanks.
