I am planning to do the CD today. The problem is I have can not see the pictures, all showed BIG RED CROSS. There must be something wrong with my setting or else. What Should I do ? Thanks a lot!

figured out....got email back from NBME.org...it says you have to set the languange at English (united states), or will see the big red cross....hope it will be helpful for others
