this might be a silly Q but is pancreatitis a clinical and biochemical diagnosis or does it need Radiological evidence b4 Rx??? Please answer

its clinical and biochemical. if biochemical means measurement of enz in blood then its amylase and lipase and its diagnoctic. Ct is not for acute pancreatitis.
