Hi!. We will apply as a couple. Me: 99 in both Steps, applying for IM, 2 months in US with LOR´s, graduated 2002. She: 85 and 82 in Steps 1 and 2 respectively, 2 months of US with LOR´s, graduated 2001. Both 1 year of ongoing basic research.
The problem?: hard to find spots where we both meet criteria. Do you think requirements can be sometimes flexible, specially at not top-notch institutions? (like if they ask 4 months os usce 2 should do if other bright points in application).
