As time to start your residencies is close, most of us are looking for place to live mostly on craigslist. Guys there are alot of fraud scammers over there.
Ways to spot them.
1. When it sounds too good to be true, well it is not true.
2.Their reply email is usually very long containing unnecessary deatils about their personal life including how God fearing they are and how they are looking for caring friendly people.
3.They will tell you that they are out of country and the apartment is locked. The ask you to send them a check for deposit and rent and they are sending you the keys.
4.I doubt if any of us would fall for that but still just wanted to send a word of caution.
