57 y/o man came to ER with c/o chest pain of 45 minutes duration that radiates to his jaw............EKG shows ST elevation in leads ii, iii, and avF...............Thrombolytic therapy is done and EKG soon after that shows no ST elevation but shows new VTach which was not present earlier. Patient is pain free. What is the treatment of choice now

A) IV Lidocaine
B) IV Amiodarone
C) DC shock
D) Observation

B) IV Amiodarone..no signs of hemodynamic unstability so no shock..second choice would be lidocaine, i think

D- asymptomatoc VT not treated?
