Very good .
It is the urinary Ca which decides between primary hyperparathroidism,FHH.
In Primary hyperparathyroidism = urine Ca increased
In FHH =urine Ca decreased
But Actual test is Ca-clearance/Creatinine Cl
If this ratio is
- < 0.01 = FHH
->0.o2 = primary hyperparathyroidism
