i got my score. its 77.please help.im so upset - docniceus

i got my score today with 77.was so angry i was reading so much .i knew most of first aid.but i think even though they decresed the number of Q they made it more difficult. im a foreign graduate.i dont know people how get 98 99 .i realy was working and studying so hard.im so pissed...i dont want to go to family medicine.and i dont know what to do.pl let me know if i can get to internal medicine.
if any body in the same boat ?
