you don't have to retake the exams, just revalidate your English exam, then you can apply. You don't even have to take the clinical skills portion of step 2. Good luck.

what are your scores? u don't have to retake the exam for applying but u'll have to retake the exam to get license in certain states like Illinois, where they have strict rule that all the three steps should fall within 7 year period. hope this helps.
