The NBME mailed the following information in reply to my mail.:
The NBME plans to release scores beginning in mid-November. Scores from candidates who took the examination in Philadelphia and Atlanta will be
released first, followed by scores from the Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston sites.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this score delay may have
caused.
