1 yr old brought by his mother for foul odor bulky stool with fat droplets in the stool , the child has been loosing weight despite enormous appetite . What is your diagnosis?
a- celiac dis.
b- cystic fibrosis
c-hyperthyroidisim
d- tape worm

i'm not sure i think answer is a , cause nothing mention is specfic in relation to cystic fibrosis

cant it be both,

even i am more favourable of A only unless B is more common than A (which i am not sure of, b cos in such qs i think the boards want us to know which is more common as well)

other wise, with CF there shud have been clues of meconiul ileus, lung involvement etc.

any add ons please.
