Please,
What is the minimum number of IV to be sure that one will get matched? 5, 10? Thanx for your answer. I have only one IV so far and I have already stopped dreaming.

1 is enough to gwet match......
where do you have the interview ? specialty ? how is your score? and depending upon interview day , they will rank you and you might get matched. IF you have 90s and IV is in FM , mostly you will match. BUT if IM , chances are 50- 50 because of lot of 99 ers.....

@Proteus: Stay positive and as ruby102 said one is enough for match. When you go to a program they do not care if you have one interview only with them or 100 more. So they will rank you based on what did you do there. So if they rank you high and obviously if it is your only one (hope you will get much more) then you will rank them as 1, so u have higher chances of match than any one else in that program.

No my scores are just average 86/85/CS all first attemp, old grad 1998, specilist in home country (France).
Got IV in sept from St John's episcopal in IM.

it is hard to say. some only need one, some need more depend on the interview day. also depend if the program give pre match. if the program has 6 positions and pre match 3, your chances at the match just got decrease by 50%.
