60 years old with Afib started 24 hrs ago,now he is having embolic stroke with s/s started since 4 houres whats your next step??
a. cardioversion b. warfarine c. haparine d.amiodarone e. tpa

warafarin to prevent pe....this is ck ? see fa step 2 page 36 it has a chart describes it all, i pulled this from my notes in the ck book
