I think you shouldnt be applying for IM this year. Can you Imagine your application number being 2001. consider each visa sponsoring program H or J getting 2000 apllications , I am sure it might be more than that. Be practical, if you still want to take chance and desperate, apply where you will surely get some return otherwise prepare for next year and make ur CV strong......
