Qn#1 . 72 yr old man brought to ER 24 hr aft. the sudden onset of ant. chest pain & shortnessof breath .the pain exacerbated by breathing .he was dxed c metastatic prostatice ca 6 months ago. O/E T=37.2 0C PR=136/min RR=28/min BP=100/56 mmHg .lung & hrt exm =no abn.ECG shows rt axis deviation ,not seen previousily 1 mth ago.
