I don't know NY programs well, If you wants to go to fellowship, Choose the program which has that fellowship. For me, location is very important and living in santa barbara is a big FUN. Is the metropolitan in manhattan? Does it have fellowship? I think SB doesn't have fellowship, right?

yes, it is in manhattan. a university hospital with many fellowship.
santa barbara is a community hosp with no fellowship. but the problem is that i prefer to be in CA...

Dear dena, santa barbara is a community program without fellowship, but metropolitan is a university program with many observership, yes it is in manhattan, but the problem is i prefer to be in CA...

unfortunately yes, I don't have my PTAL yet, I think this is a reason or maybe I am not qualified, I dont know.....
