Step 3 registration questions - nsaids

Can not find it on ECFMG.org, googled but have couple of questions:

1. where to registration? Is it the link below?

2. If I register under the stae of Florida, do I have to go there to take the test?
3. Anything different from step 1, 2 registration?

no ....................u can take it anywhere in the country...........for q 2

u have to register on fsmb website........they have a page for step 3
