is it naficillin and 3rd generation cephalosporins

tt shud be against St. aureus preferably for MRSA.
clinically we give third gen cephalosporins usually. vancomycin is not given very early in tt

usually emperically tt started with cefazolin to cover MSSA
but I thing for mle purpose naf, clox, diclox & ox will be the answer |
