Hi Guys, I had 2 offers in my hads for IM from New york Downtown and from Texas tech El Paso....what do you think I should go for? Please need your help...

NY Downtown for sure....I think they have an affiliation with Cornell. Also getting the medical license in Texas is a pain, while its no problem in New York. But personally living in New York, having the Cornell affiliation, and the overall reputation would make me goto downtown hospital.

By the way my number 1 program is Temple University-West Penn hospital. I loved that place.
