hi everybody..i just took my cs exam...i did the foll mistakes...
1. forgot to drape one patient,
2. forgot to drape the second patient but remembered it while doing exam and apologised and draped her..sp said its ok..
3. forgot to ask social hx in a patient and hence didnt know if smoking/alcoholic or not and hence no counceling done in her regards smoking and alcohol...
4. forgot to mention rectal exm to sp in one patient but mentioned in workup....
5. mentioned pelvic exam to sp buit forgot to write in pt note...
does any of those who have already passed cs comment on my mistakes...do u guys think i would pass or not??..im quite worried...
apart from the above, i smiled, greeted, draped, counselled , summarised, pulled out foot rest, pushed foot rest back, talked abt d/d , work up and asked if they have ne ques...
