Hey friends..i really need some advice..i just passed with a score of 78 only..my previous scores are 96 & 94..does my step 3 score hamper my residency prospects.??..
SOMEONE PLZ HELP !!!!!!!!

No & yes...

for getting interview - No,
they look at ur step1 & 2.
do not see even step3 score.
If u have passed, is always a plus point, irrespective of scores.

after IV, if they have to decide between 2 candidates,
and rest of the credentials are same- then it might...

so, only marginally it will affect... not a big issue,
I won't worry now,

This is if u r applying for next match, 2010
not if u r in 2009 Match.

if had high scores..very very good...
but, u r very good...


so chill out and enjoy... u r done with exams...
