Is there any diefference between these? are there 2 post match rankings and getting interviews and positions?

nope. both are one and the same. Scramble mostly works for following people,

1. Applicants with good program contacts (Knowing chairman, Program director and faculty)
2. Applicants who interviewed in a program which went unfilled during Match
3. Applicants who have awesome luck
4. Applicants with above average scores (84+ with minimum attempts)

chances for Matching during scramble are less in following candidates:

1. Applicants with no interviews during regular Match
2. Applicants with no program contacts
3. Applicants with passing scores
4. Applicants with NO LUCK

Bottom line point is if one has luck and has contacts, it beats everything. You can try scramble. If God wills anything can happen. so, all the best, people !
