A female collapses at home while watching TV. In ER an ultrasound shows abdominal fluid and a liver lesion. Most likely diagnosis:

a. Adenoma.
b. Hemorrhagic cyst.
c. Hemangioma.
d. FNH

FNH = Focal Nodular Hyperplasia

adenoma especially in young female who is most probably on OCP and they always tend to burst open.....
