i think thats a bad idea, u wont be able to finish yr cases if u do that
paraphase at the end ie after completing the PE and before counselling the pt and paraphase just 2 of the complaints and 2 (or important) fndings of PE

paraphrasing means you have o repeat the px's words or the content of px response.you are requierd to do this 3-4 time during the encounter.ex Have you had fever?px;no.you say
 o,no fever.it's the only time you're not requierd to mentine eye contact with the px.it's not the same thing with summarising when you also have to repeat some of the patient's responses!source tep 2CS review
