Everyone will need a different amount of time. Some study 2 or 3 weeks, others for a year. I recommend 2 months or more of preparation. You can prepare using FA, UW, Kaplan, competentmed, CSReview and others advertised on this forum and on the web. They cost different amounts and are all useful. Higher cost doesn't mean better. Live courses add travel and hotel expense. Use at least 2 sources to study. I used FA and competentmed. Both are not too expensive and can use on computer and at home. Use whatever you like. If you like to study with others, find a partner on this forum. I hope you pass on first attempt.
