about lyme disease rash: the trademark is bullseye rash but it can also take on the appearance of hives, eczema, sunburn, or poison ivy which may itch, feel hot or not be felt at all...www.ussartf.org/lyme dse

No. 5 is endometrial cancer, post menapausal with palpable uterus with no adnexal mass, biopsy should be the next mgmt

No. 6 is wt loss, can lower BP about 10-20mmHg
