I have 2 questions about MSPE.


1. Should MSPE be written on hospital letterhead? what if it is written on plain A4 paper and singed with stamp and all?

2.What amount of damage it is if I submit the MSPE later say on 10th sept and apply on 1/2 Sept with other things like LOR,PS,transcripts? Otherwise I have to wait till I get the MSPE ,and that will be late.

3. Should be MSPE be sealed ? or I can take it from my med school and courier it to them? As my med school wont send it by courier Can I send it on my own?

1-No, but it is better to be written on Medical school letterhead. If there is the school of your medical school/university it is ok.
2-No harm, because the MSPE is not released to the PDs in 1 Sept, all the MSPEs are released to them on 1 Nov.
3-No it shouldnot be sealed, it is better for you to send it yourself.
