Help: One Day Obsie - drzulu

Dear Friends I have done one day observership at a community hospital in Family Medicine. My questions are:

1. Can I write this in my CAF? Does it have any value as it is of just one day.
2. Will it do any harm to my IM application, as its done in FM?

but i am just curious and wondering what might be the reason for one day observership
