i just got a crazy idea, to send my CV and ref letters to PD in an email, and ask if i will be accepted to his program.
Is that too annoying?

no no no
do not do it
it is unacceptable
its against the NRMP policy
it disqulifies you from the match

please be extra careful about what you accept as terms and conditions when u sign up
