I?m starting to prepare for step1. Have FA, BRS for
Pathology
Behavioral
Physiology
Biochem.
?and H-Y Neuroanat., embryo., gross anat., histology
I also have Kaplan notes, but I thing I?ll use it just for FARM and MICRO/IMMUNO (?)
-->ARE THESE BOOKS (brs,hy) BETTER THAN KAPLAN NOTES? I want to prepare just from one book and try to know it inside out
-->I DON?T HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL BOOKS FOR CELL&MOLECULAR BIOLOGY and GENETICS ? ARE THESE SUBJECTS COVERED BY KAPLAN SUFFICIENTLY?

All the books of kaplan are pretty good.
So study from kaplan books.
But
Pathology from kaplan is not so good so try to study it from BRS which is a very nice book.
Physiology in kaplan is very good, but if you are weak in this area you are gonna get very fustrated reading from kaplan coz its hard...try to do physio from BRS which is as good as kaplan.
SO do kaplan for all subjects except for patho and physio which you can use BRS.
