I applied in a few programs without checking the LORS and Personal Statement.....What should I do now???can i check the LoRs now and will the programs get my full aplication??

yes they will download remaining docs in a couple of days

Call each one of them and ask them to redownload the remaining documents other wise they may reject thinking its an incomplete application.
