Would you think that I will get points taken away if I did parts of my physical exam note for example like this
GEN - NAD, Vitals stable
RESPIRATORY (instead of Lungs) - CTAB, no w/r/r
CVS (instead of chest) - RRR, no m/r/g, chest non-tender
Basically I am hoping that these variations would not hurt me.
