Yes, tell the PD this:
"I, as an excelent candidate, am offering a prematch, take it or live it, you have 5 minutes to decide"

Put a gun on PD's head and say : " sign the damn f** contract with me, or i will kill u!...u have got 1nd!!!"

If they are going to give u a prematch they will ask you. Not sure if its a good idea for YOU to suggest it. Play it by ear. If they show interest they will offer it to you.
