praises is right. you can take your luggage with you to the hospital on the interview day. and an other option I have seen is that people leave it at the reception of the hotel.
The best advice would be to ask the program co-ordinator.

and nobody would laugh at you if you want to save $100. Everyone knows that applying and residency interviews are a costly proportion. except maybe rich snotty people like waranasi.

of course u can take it just leave it in the secretary office when u interview, the interviewers dont even have to know u have it, they know ppl are travelling for interviews so it is very much ok.

better leave it in the storage room...at ur hotel. tats wat i did durin my CS exam. they charged me 1$ for the whole day. |
