conjunctive discharge, erythema and swelling at the medial aspect of the eyes.

Ans is 1. gonococcal. b'coz purulent discharge.

if it was chlamydial, the discharge should have been mucoid.. correct me if i m wrong..

5..........> 5 days......longer incubation period for chlamydia.........rx oral erythro or azithro

for GC leading to ophthalmia neonatrum.........2nd to 5 th day
