xanax, they are asking which physiologic process is one where we have a specific sequence/order in which the involved proteins are cleaved.

The coagulation pathway is an example where one after the other coagulation factors are broken down & activated. This ALWAYS occurs in a SPECIFIC order- XII -- > XI--> IX... and so on till finally prothrombin is cleaved to thrombin which cleaves fibrinogen into fibrin monomers.
