Shouldn't be D ( Haemophilus influenzae type b) the age range of this vaccine is b/w 15 months to 4 years. So she's 16 years old .
Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine is only Recommended for pregnant women at increased risk of Hib disease (eg. hyposplenia, asplenia).
