Did anyone else get a follow up email from the NRMP saying that the "For Profit Scramble Services" email was only meant to be sent to applicants who will be unmatched and was accidentally sent to everyone, including those who did match?

I talked to a few people and only the people who were not supposed to get the original email got the follow up one.
Is this true?

i am not sure, but how possible that a residency program rank an IMG as their first choice?
