No way for SP or Physician reading PN knows you really looked for it. But will be forced to give you higher score for this case's PN cus you mentioned DKA sign as pulmonary findings. very imp. means you smart clinician really investigating.

Get it. I'm not telling you to lie or make up stuff. I'm just telling to let your H&P guide your PE & trivial stuff like "(-)kussmaul's breathing" mentioned in PN will lift your score for PN.
