40 yo woman, who recently migrated from India, comes to the clinic with c/o multiple painful, red, raised nodules on herlegs, for the past 3 weeks. Nodules were tender to palpation, but not ulcerated. Histological examination of the lesion reveals panniculitis involving inflammation of septa in subcutaneous fat tissue. next may be...chronic hcv as there are many hcv pt in usa or may be sarcoidosis
