40 yo woman, who recently migrated from India, comes to the clinic with c/o multiple painful, red, raised nodules on herlegs, for the past 3 weeks. Nodules were tender to palpation, but not ulcerated. Histological examination of the lesion reveals panniculitis involving inflammation of septa in subcutaneous fat tissue. i dont know much....i know strep infection ......
next may be...chronic hcv as there are many hcv pt in usa or may be sarcoidosis
