hi ,if person get ppd positive ,chestxray normal next step is repeat thechest xray for evry one yr.so may be ans is option A.
if ppd positive, chest xray shows any chnage then sputum culture for 3 days. if positive treat the patient. if sputum culture negative prophylaxis with isoniazide for 9months. thankks. |
