yes there is a email notification, when sign up for the cs and you looking for a date on the right side of the page ( i think, but its on that page somewhere)they ask youifyouwnat to have email notification, and yougo in and pick the days you want to be notified for, youwill get notification like at 2 am or 5 am so you must watch your computer all the time till you get your date, and some of the dates are gone before you even login, be prepared to be very vigilant if you want a certain date.
