I have no medical school honors and awards but it headline of 'honors and awards' still appears on the CV with none written underneath it.
Does anyone has face same problem?

If it does appear like that, there is not much you can do. PDs who consider it to be important will always look if you have awards or not. So it will not make much difference whether it is mentioned 'none' or not.
