i sent one application and checked in ADTS , all my documents are uploaded except my LOR hasnot reached. do i still apply for programs

yes ..... lors take one more day to be uploaded and then the programs retrive them ..... it means ur file is ready to go.... dont waste a single min and apply quickly...............GL
