E- emergency plan?
G- Guns at home?
A- alcohol?
R- Relationship with hubby?
D- Drugs? Depression?

If yes to depression, then use SIGECAPS- sleep, interest, guilt, energy, concentration, appetite, psycho-motor and suicide

If patient does not know what's an emergency plan, then --> "I want you to do the following, pack a suitcase with money and leave it at a friend's or a family's house in case you need to leave"
